Following these important steps will enable us to track your return efficiently, and credit you promptly.
Please DO NOT automatically send your merchandise back to the factory for this will slow down the process of tracking your order and refunding you.
1)
a) E-mail info@glassygreen.com to notify GlassyGreen that you will be returning/exchanging an item.
Indicate the reason the item is being returned, and if you'll be wanting an exchange, refund or a credit.
Refunds and/or credits are issued once the returned merchandise is received back and has been evaluated as being in resaleable condition.
b) GlassyGreen will then instruct you on how to return your particular merchandise.
2) All returned items MUST be shipped in a TRACEABLE manner, such as certified mail.
US Mail now provides a tracking service on regular mail which costs just a couple of dollars.
You will need to fill in a short form supplied at the post office.
This is for your own protection. GG is not liable for items which the carrier loses
(and packages do get lost like socks in a dryer). The customer is responsible for postage of items being returned.
Please NO NOT send items via return receipt.
If the package for some reason is not signed for in a timely manner, the Post Office will then, unfortuantely, return the box to you when it hasn't been signed for.
3) Returns/exchanges are to be accompanied by a note stating your name, address, e-mail address, phone number, and desired action (return or exchange).
If an item is being returned under warranty, please include a letter stating warranty work or repair work requested
(be specific - diagrams, notes, arrows, circles - you get it).
